Account KYC Verification

1) First, log in to your account and click on the "Security" section on the left column.

2) Proceed to "KYC Verification" and click "Start Now".

3) Fill in all your personal information including “Full Name”, “Date of Birth”, “ID Type”, “ID Number”, “Gender”, “Nationality”, “Mobile Number” and “Country”. Next, tick the circle upon understanding and agreed the “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”. Then click “Next” to proceed.

4) Upload your ID/passport (front) and click "Next".

5) Upload your ID/Passport (back) and click "Next".

6) Lastly, upload a photo of an individual holding an ID card/passport, and then click "Done".

7) After completing the submission, the KYC verification section will display "Processing".

8) Finally, when the process is completed, it will display "Verified".
