How to Surrender a Fund Contract

1) First, log in to your account and click on the "Subscribe" section on the left column.

2) Scroll down to "My Subscription", select the contract you want to surrender, and click "Surrender".

3) After confirming the contract to be surrendered, click "Confirm". (Note: Any contract surrendered within 90 days will be charged 10%, whereas after 90 days will be charged 5%. In addition, any contract with negative unrealized profit and loss is allowed to claim the balance).
